All of our therapists are handpicked to provide the optimal therapy experience. Less than 5% of applicants are accepted to work with us. We make sure all our therapists can help with ADHD and OCD. Our therapists also provide executive function and academic coaching to provide well-rounded support.

Resolvve's therapists are specially trained to help with obsessive compulsive disorder and ADHD. They can also help you deal with: Social anxiety, generalized anxiety, depressive disorders, eating disorders, addictive disorders, phobias, PTSD, trauma and grief, bipolar disorder, personality disorders (BPD, NPD, OCPD, ADHD), autism spectrum disorder, and more.

Our licensed psychotherapists can help you deal with your issues surrounding ADHD, OCD or other mental health conditions whether or not you have a diagnosis.

Our licensed psychotherapists and social workers are only able to provide therapy. For medications you will need to speak with a psychiatrist.

We believe in mental health education at every level. Our integrated therapy approach is equally relevant and beneficial for high-school students and university students (undergrad and grad), as well as young professionals and adults.

We're training the next generation of psychotherapists. Student interns are Master's level students completing their degree to become a psychotherapist or Master's of Social Work. Student interns are closely supervised to ensure that they can meet your needs effectively. Therapy with a student intern is priced at $30 per session.

Currently, Resolvve therapists are able to provide support to those in Ontario. We may be able to provide services for some people living in other provinces or in the US on a case-by-case basis.

Our therapists vary in specialization, but practice some or all of the following: Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), including exposure therapies (and many other cognitive and behavioral approaches) Third Wave CBT, approaches such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and other mindfulness approaches, Positive Psychotherapy (PPT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Trauma-informed and attachment-based therapies, Emotion Focused-Therapy (EFT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Solution-focused and narrative approaches, and more.

Some of our therapists offer group therapy for specific mental health issues, in order to teach skills and create a supportive environment.

Resolvve therapists offer a free 15 minute consultation. Afterward, therapy sessions are typically 50-minutes though some therapists may offer longer sessions.

Therapy is a very personalized endeavour so it is understandable that it is hard to make the right connection. Sometimes you might feel an immediate bond with a therapist, other times it may take a few sessions before you feel fully comfortable. However, if you aren't clicking with the therapist, we can help you find another one who will better meet your needs.

You will know the therapy is working when you notice a reduction in symptoms and find it easier to move toward your values and goals.

According to the American Psychological Association, around half of people who receive therapy benefit after 15 to 20 sessions. Some might see benefits sooner. Others may have more barriers and require more sessions to make a breakthrough.

Many people will continue therapy long after they start experiencing benefits because they will grow over time.

Individual therapy sessions start at $30/session with a supervised student intern therapist and starting at $100/session with our other therapists.

For many insurance providers, such as Greenshield, we can directly bill your insurance company. For other insurers, you may need to pay beforehand and submit your invoice to the company yourself for reimbursement. Contact us if you have questions about your insurance.
