What Therapy With Me Looks Like

The first sessions that you’ll have with me are focused on learning your past history, present issues, and future goals. Each session is focused on different issues that you want to work on. At the end of our time each week, we regroup to discuss the overall session and start to figure out what we want to talk about or achieve in the next one.

Why Did I Become a Therapist?

I became a therapist because I enjoy people and want to support them and help them succeed through the various challenges of life.
