+ How do I know that therapy is working?

You will know your therapy is working when you notice a reduction in symptoms and find it easier to move toward your values and goals.

Some people might see the benefits sooner. Others may have substantial barriers that may take more sessions with a therapist to break through.

Many people will continue therapy long after they experience these benefits because these benefits can grow over time.
