I help parents and teens navigate anxiety, depression, and behavioural challenges that create stress at home. Together, we explore what’s driving these struggles—whether it’s school pressure, overwhelming stress, or relationship dynamics—and find ways to move forward.
I see parents as an essential part of the process. Even when teens are struggling, they want to do better, and helping families align around that understanding is often the first step toward meaningful change.
We work collaboratively to improve communication, build empathy, and develop practical skills that support lasting progress. I draw from Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and parent coaching to tailor support for each family dealing with anxiety, depression, and related challenges.
If you’d like to see whether we’re a good fit, I offer a free 15-minute consultation to talk through your concerns and goals.
Outside of therapy I like reading and travelling to new places. I also play the guitar and love music.
