Many of my clients come to therapy feeling weighed down by anxiety, obsessive thoughts, or self-doubt that affect their relationships and day-to-day life. Together, we work to uncover the underlying roots of these thoughts and develop ways to relate to them differently. Sometimes that means learning acceptance and coping skills; other times, it means building strategies that boost confidence and support lasting change.
I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, and OCD. My approach draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I also integrate practical tools and technology to help manage challenges like anxiety or procrastination in everyday life.
If you would like to learn more or see if you are a good fit, I offer a 15-minute consultation to connect about your needs and hopes for therapy.
Outside of therapy I like reading and spending time with my kids. When the weather is warm, we like to bike and swim together outside.
