I’m a Registered Social Worker with over 15 years of experience in mental health helping individuals navigate the challenges of OCD, ADHD, trauma, anxiety, and depression through compassionate, evidence-based care. I provide virtual therapy for adults and teens across Ontario.
Living with OCD can feel exhausting—constantly battling intrusive thoughts, uncertainty, or rituals that take over your day. I understand how isolating this can be, and I’m passionate about helping clients break free from those patterns so they can live with more peace, confidence, and self-trust. When working with ADHD, I take a strengths-based, collaborative approach.
Together, we’ll build practical strategies to improve focus, organization, time management, and emotional regulation—so you can feel more grounded and in control of your life.
I draw on Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based practices to support lasting change. Clients often tell me they appreciate my down-to-earth style, humor, and ability to make therapy feel safe, supportive, and genuinely helpful.
If you’re ready to make meaningful changes and feel more like yourself again, I invite you to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation to see how we can work together.
When I’m not working, you can usually find me recharging outdoors—anywhere close to nature or near the water. I love cooking and sharing good food with friends and family, and I never turn down a lively conversation, a friendly debate, or a spontaneous card or board game that usually ends in laughter.
